The online fact-find will usually take  around 10 minutes to complete depending on the complexity of your financial position

We’re happy to liase with your accountant and/or financial adviser directly or simply ask you for some documentation

At this point, we’ll need to discuss to go over the specifics of the loan and by now we would have completed the application form for you to sign.

We’ll first collate and check all the documentation is as required by the lender. If everything is as it should be, we’ll submit the application and all documentation on your behalf and follow up with the lender every 2 days. Currently non-resident applications are being assessed in 3-10 business days depending on the lender.
