Now is a good time to meet
At this point, we’ll meet to go over the specifics of the loan and by now we would have completed the application form for you to sign. We’ll also need to do the ID verification at this stage.
Application is submitted to the lender
We’ll first collate and check all the documentation is as required by the lender. If everything is as it should be, we’ll submit the application and all documentation on your behalf and follow up with the lender every 2 days. Currently SMSF applications are being assessed in 6-8 business days.
