WE MEET WITH YOU

For all clients, we want to sit with you face to face. In most cases we will sit down with you for between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on how complicated your circumstances are and how many questions you have. This will be one of the biggest and most important decisions you will make so we need to make sure we have understood all your requirements and you have understood our recommendation to you. We feel very strongly about this.

WE SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR YOU

When you have signed the application form, we handle the electronic application process. After that we monitor the application to make sure it goes through smoothly.

WE CONTINUE TO HELP YOU AFTER THE LOAN IS APPROVED

After an unconditional approval is issued, we review it and make sure it’s consistent with your application. Then we meet with you, go through the documents, and have you sign them.

We then submit the completed and signed application to the lender. After they process it, your settlement is ready.
