This might take us at most a couple of days to run some calculations and scenarios for you. Everyone is different and sometimes we need to speak with a few lenders to confirm their policy which will apply to you. In most cases, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We like to set up a face to face meetings to go over and explain our initial calculations with you. This gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions you have. We need to make sure you are comfortable with our recommendation and we have made everything as clear as we could.
