Having purchased investment properties in the past doing our own hard work and diligence we were somewhat unsure about using a Mortgage Broker. We both couldn’t imagine how someone else could match our degree of research and be as thorough as we were…how wrong we were! Laszlo and his team were truly outstanding from start to finish. From our initial spec, which Laszlo nailed 100% right through to completion the entire process was seamless. We weren’t the easiest of customers, changing our initial brief a few times as we got to learn the different markets but this did not phase Laszlo at all. His communication was immediate and professional and most of all honest. His in depth analysis and attention to detail made us very confident in the decisions we made with regard to choosing a lender. We were thrilled with the resulting mortgage rate which Laszlo secured for us and would most definitely use his services again.

Being our first home on a government co-ownership scheme, we knew we had to eventually make a change and refinance to own a larger proportion of our house.
